Shipping policy

At Yolk SPF, we aim to process all orders within 4 business days of placement. Please be aware of the following processing details:

• Orders placed after 3pm AWST on Thursday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
• Orders placed on public holidays will be processed within 4 business days.
• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Perth, Australia, via Auspost. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched so you can track its progress.

Authority to leave in a safe space is a default so you don’t have to make those unwanted trips to the post office. 

A $15 redelivery fee will apply for the following reasons:

• Entering an incorrect address at checkout, causing your order to be sent back to us
• Not picking up your item from the post office or courier depot, causing your order to be sent back to us
